What type of cuisine do you serve?
Global, eclectic, some say continental, and some say, "Ray's Cuisine" Creative Cuisine at its best. Entrées range from $19.00 - $50.00 a la carte, fresh seafood, prime beef, a wonderful assortment of specials such as veal and sweetbreads. House is known for our Crispy Roasted Duckling, Prime Peppered Steaks, and Caesar Salad. There are specials each day and market price for the fish and the pepper steak. All of the pies, breads, pastries, soups, sauces, dressings, are homemade on the premise.
What are your hours?
We are open seven (7) nights a week for dinner.
We are not open for lunch.

What is The Haye Loft?
A lounge/appetizer/dessert room. The lounge serves top shelf spirits with live entertainment nightly. An appetizer and dessert room where you may enjoy an abbreviated menu such as salads, hummus and shrimp based appetizers (for example), individual gourmet pizzas and a few entrée selections off of our downstairs menu, such as the Roast Duck, the BBQ Duck, the soup du jour and whatever the fresh fish special of the day is. Each day there is a special sandwich of the day that is made especially for The Haye Loft. Homemade "Desserts TO-DIE-FOR", Sarasota Magazine's Readers Poll, "Best of the Best" every year since 1998! We also serve a vast assortment of International coffees and teas, and Edy's icecream. People eat in both the lounge and dessert room side of The Haye Loft and on our tropical front balcony as well.
We do not take reservations in The Haye Loft. Walk-in guests are served on a first come first served basis. The exception being that we do hold tables for the downstairs diners who enjoy a complete dinner and may wish to go upstairs for their dessert. Your downstairs waiter will make arrangements for those patrons who wish to go upstairs to the dessert room.

Can I bring a bottle of wine?
CORKAGE = If you would like to bring a bottle of your own wine, it must be a wine that Euphemia Haye does not offer. There will be a fee for bringing your wine in.
Corkage Fee = $20.00 + $10.00 charge if decanted. There is a $15.00 per bottle charge for non-alcholic wines brought in.
What is proper attire?
Sporty to Chic. While jackets and ties are not required, some men do wear them. Resort casual is fine. |
