Our lounge has a truly unique spirit and offers one of the best vibes in the Sarasota & Bradenton areas. Maybe it’s the rich wood or the experienced & friendly bartenders and staff. Or maybe it’s you! Relaxed, friendly, and just a bit jazzy… We offer an extensive wine list, top shelf liquors, and one of the best selections of Scotch, Bourbon, and Tequila on the coast.

Dessert Room

While the entrees get a lot of the attention - who doesn’t love a decadent dessert? - the Haye Loft menu has a little something for everyone: appetizers & salads, pasta dishes, gourmet pizza, our famous duck and, even, a daily fish special. Like our desserts, these are all made in house, daily, by the talented chefs in the Euphemia Haye kitchen. Full liquor and wine service are available for those who like, but we also have a wonderful array of gourmet coffees.

Diners from the downstairs restaurant have priority seating in the loft so no outside reservations are accepted. All other seats in both the Lounge and Dessert Room are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
