New Year’s Eve

For New Year’s Eve all of our reservations are prepaid reservations.  There is a minimum of $125.00 per person which includes your food, beverage, dessert, tax and gratuity.  We are serving our full a la carte menu along with our nightly specials and Chef Ray will be creating an extra special, special that evening also.

For example: If your reservation is for 2 people we would charge your card $250.00 and when you came in that evening you could spend the $250.00 however you would like, whether it is on food, wine, dessert, mixed drinks, etc.  If you go over the $250.00 you would just pay the difference that evening

Cancellations:  Should you need to cancel for any reason we would credit your card LESS $50.00 per person ONLY if we can re-book your seats.  If we are unable to re-book your seats then the initial charge will remain.

Valentine’s Day

As with New Year’s Eve, all reservations on Valentine’s Day are prepaid reservation.  There is a $125.00 minimum per person which includes your food, beverage, dessert, tax and gratuity.  We are serving our full a la carte menu along with our nightly specials and Chef Ray will be creating an extra special, special that evening as well.

St. Patrick’s Day

For St. Patrick’s Day evening, we feature a Corned Beef and Cabbage Special in the Upstairs Haye Loft. This special Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwich consists of thin, lean and tender corned beef on rye bread.  It is then topped with Chef Mark’s Famous Horseradish Cream Sauce, and accompanied by a cabbage and carrot slaw.

This special is only available in The upstairs Haye Loft and food will be served beginning at 5:30 pm. The Haye Loft operates on a first come, first served basis as we do not accept reservations upstairs.

Easter

On Easter Sunday, we take our first reservation beginning at 4:00 pm with our last seating at 9:00 pm.  The Haye Loft will be open from 5 – 10 p.m. In addition to our full a la carte menu and nightly specials, we will be preparing an extra-special special for the evening.

For Mother’s Day, we take our first reservation beginning at 4:00 pm with our last seating at 9:00 pm.  The Haye Loft will be open from 5 – 10 p.m. In addition to our full a la carte menu and nightly specials, we will be preparing an extra special, special for the evening.

Bring your father in to enjoy 5.00 off a Pepper Steak and a perfectly paired red wine.

Veteran’s Day

If you are a U.S Veteran, in honor and appreciation of your service, we hope that you will enjoy a complimentary  cocktail or glass of wine with dinner.


Thanksgiving

We will be open from 2:00 – 9 p.m. serving our full a la carte menu, daily specials, and a Thanksgiving Day Turkey Special.

To go pie orders for Thanksgiving must be prepaid and placed by the Friday before Thanksgiving. However, due to our small kitchen space, we can only accept a limited amount of to go orders after which we just cannot make any more (as much as we would love to!). It is recommended that you make your order at least a week in advance to beat the demand.

Christmas

On Christmas Eve, we will be open from 4 – 9 p.m.

On Christmas Day, we will be open from 2 – 8 p.m.

For both evenings, in addition to our full a la carte menu and nightly specials, we will be serving his popular Bavarian-Style Roast Goose dinner(pending availability) – Sliced roasted goose with giblet gravy served with a German potato dumpling and sweet & sour red cabbage.

This is a tradition and Euphemia Haye and has become a tradition with a number of our guests, some who join us every year. We recommend making reservations early.
